4. Sanding: Smooth the dried surface with fine sandpaper and remove dust.
5. Effect creation: On the second/final coat, create marble veins, clouding, or layered texture with spatula or trowel.
6. Burnishing: Before the surface fully hardens, apply light pressure with a steel trowel to achieve a glossy, compact finish.
