Shipping and Payment Information
Your orders are currently shipped from Turkey. Shipping is available to European countries, the United States, and the United Arab Emirates. Customs duties, import charges, and any additional legal fees related to the order are the responsibility of the buyer. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and destination country.

Delivery times
Unless otherwise stated in the relevant offer, international deliveries are made within 5 - 7 business days after the contract is signed. This period may be shorter. (in case of advance payment agreed after the date of your payment order).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered products with different delivery times, we will send the products in one shipment unless we make another agreement with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the product with the longest delivery time you ordered.
