It is a water-based, ultra-matte, velvety paint that can be easily aged to achieve vintage and shabby chic looks. It does not require any primer or sanding. It adheres easily to all surfaces, including slippery surfaces. Covers most colors with one coat. It dries quickly. It can be finished with wax and velvet varnish specific to this product.It is cleaned with water and soap. It does not contain substances harmful to health.
