The brightness option is the brightness that appears when decoupage plus is applied again. You can choose glossy, semi-matte and matte. It is recommended by Cadence for all your decoupage projects, especially rice paper decoupage works.It is a water-based and quick-drying adhesive that can be used on all kinds of surfaces such as paper and fabric.It is applied as a thin layer to the back of the cut pattern and adhered.When it dries after 10-20 minutes, the process is applied again on the pattern. You can clean it with soap and water while it is wet.
