Crackle Varnish

It is a two-stage water-based cracking varnish.It is used in acrylic paint or painting cracking techniques.First, Step 1 is applied to the entire surface.After it dries, Step 2 is applied. (For fine cracks, Step 2 is applied thinly.)As it begins to dry, cracks begin to appear.Air temperature plays an important role in this type of cracking.In cold weather, a hot blow dryer can be used after Step 2 has dried completely.This speeds up the cracking process. (Make sure Step 2 is completely dry.)The resulting cracks are filled with oil paint.Solvent-based varnish is used at the end of the process.
