Shipping and Payment Information
Order shipments are currently made from Turkey. We send cargo to all European countries, America and the United Arab Emirates. The order limit for European countries is 150€. Order limit to America is 800$. It is a necessary procedure to avoid paying customs duty. For orders between 50-150€, the shipping fee is 9.95€. Prices include VAT.

Delivery times
Unless otherwise stated in the relevant offer, international deliveries are made within 5 - 7 business days after the contract is signed. This period may be shorter. (in case of advance payment agreed after the date of your payment order).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered products with different delivery times, we will send the products in one shipment unless we make another agreement with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the product with the longest delivery time you ordered.
