Our company works with UPS Cargo. Cargo will be shipped within 3 business days after you confirm your order and pay.

In order for your order to be delivered to your address without any problems, please be sure to write your address information completely and correctly.

Cargo is free for shopping at over € 100.

For orders under 100 €, the charge offered by the Cargo company is added. This fee varies by weight and scale. For products below € 100, Cargo Fee is determined by the pricing system of the country you ordered

1-How long does it take for my order to be sent to the shipping company?

Your orders will be dispatched within 24 hours. 

2-How long does delivery take?

The delivery process varies according to the address and shipping company. All your orders are delivered by express shipping. You can track your order with the shipping code provided.

3-How much is delivery charged?

The shipping fee varies based on the shipping country and the quantity of item ordered. You can check the shipping fee at the check-out page. Some promotional offers include free delivery. Follow our promotions to stay informed about free shipping offers.

4-Where Is My Order?

You can track your order with the tracking code provided by SMS and e-mail.

You can also locate your tracking information in your Doitpaint account. After logging in, click on your username then select ‘’ORDER ’’ to access your order history/status details. 

You can also click on ‘’Where Is My Order?’’ on the homepage and track your order.

Check your order status with your Doitpaint order number by contacting UPS Call Centre (444 00 66) by using Interactive Voice Response System, and can take information about the delivery date.

5-Can my order be delivered by courier to my address?

Packages are delivered to addresses which UPS  provides delivery services to.

You can check with UPS if orders are delivered to your address (further information is available by calling their Customer Service representatives at 444 00 66).

If there is no direct delivery to your address, you can pick up your order from the nearest UPS branch.

6-What is a tracking number?

Tracking Number is a code that enables you to track your order status. 

Besides your tracking number, you also check your order status with your Doitpaint order number by contacting UPS Call Center  (444 00 66) by using Interactive Voice Response System, and can take information about the delivery date.

7-Can I place an order all over the world?

If your home country is not on the list, you can send an e-mail to support@doitpaint.com and ask that your country be added to the list.

8-What should I pay attention to when I receive my order? 

Before accepting the package from the delivery company, you should check if it has been opened, torned, crushed, or soaked. If it has, please do not accept the package and request a claim form by the freight company. Once complete, kindly inform us of the situation by contacting our Customer Service department.

- If after recieveing the package, you realize that there is a product missing;

  1.       You should contact the delivery company and inquire about the cargo claim form. 
  2.       You should then E-mail us through support@doitpaint.com.

9-My order was delivered, but I was not at home. What can I do?

If you are not at the shipping address when your order is delivered, it will be delivered to the nearest branch, and you will be informed. You should pick up your order from the branch within 3 days. Otherwise, your order will be returned to our company, doitpaint.com

10-Can I receive my order from the branch?

You can contact the freight company and ask to receive your package at a suitable branch providing your tracking code.

11-Will my orders purchased on different dates be delivered with the same shipping?

Each order will be considered as a separate dispatch. There is no guarantee that orders purchased on different dates will be shipped at the same time.

If you choose the Cash on Delivery payment method, your two orders may be delivered at the same time if your previous order has not been invoiced yet.
